This device, with the help of six-axis robot, manipulates with tubes of different shapes, diameters and lengths between individual operations of the production procedure. The robot takes the tubes from one of the containers, in accordance with the programme, that operator fills up with major number of tubes. After setting off the production of the chosen tube, the operator leaves the workplace and comes only to check the production process. The device operates in the cycle of 17 seconds when the tube gets through six positions.
One of the production procedure operations is fitting the end of the tube with form flange and then forming the end of the tube. Flanges are automatically passed from the circular vibratory container that is adapted to pass nine types of flanges. The correct orientation is controlled with camera sensor and incorrectly oriented flanges are automatically dropped.
The great benefit for the customer is the creation of new formulas, when after entering three parameters about the new tube, the software calculates new trajectories for the robot movement. Another Innovation is the way of tubes ending deburring after forming, while accomplishing the desired quality result.
